Jon is safe in Asheville and is part of the rescue and triage efforts. —Listen to his story on today’s podcast! We are relieved the area is starting to have cell phone power again. He’ll continue to file new reports.

Why was Jon in Asheville? He was on a road trip, helping move a friend from Wisconsin to North Carolina, when Hurricane Helene changed everyone’s plans! He’s been “trapped” in Asheville on Tunnel Road the last few days, but he is SAFE, and helping others now. I said last night, “you’re actually going to have a hard time saying good-bye, because everyone there is your family now.”
